Powered Mobile Counterbalanced Stacker

There aren’t too many places on the manufacturing or production floor where METO Systems’ stainless-steel counterbalance stacker cannot go. This versatile, powerful and compact stacker has a short turning radius, making it the ideal choice for narrow aisles, process suites, airlocks, or where space is at a premium. Ideal for special lift requirements inside clean process areas.

The stacker moves lifts and lowers efficiently in all manufacturing spaces, but its tight turning radius makes it the ideal choice for narrow aisles, process suites, and airlocks, too.

Regardless of load size, the stacker’s travel speed remains constant relative to the throttle and can maintain high-performance control throughout the entire operation thanks to a 24-Volt Curtis Integrated AC traction and hydraulic system controller.

An ergonomic operator handles houses travel, lift, and lower functions, and all operator controls are accessible without having to lift the hand from the handle. This makes for easy breaking whether the control arm is in the vertical or horizontal handle position. The system also features neutral breaking and an anti-rollback mechanism.

Like every METO Systems product, the counterbalance stacker was designed with the operator in mind. Angle grips designed to allow easy operation with either hand make the stacker simple to control, and a wraparound guard, reversing switch, thumb control, and horn come standard on every model. A low-mounted tiller arm offers excellent operator comfort and makes steering effortless. A gas-assisted spring gently returns the handle to its vertical position when the job is done.

Keeping the stacker running is no problem. The charging port contains an auto-switch function that automatically switches to charging mode when plugged in. The on-board 40A smart charger requires a 110V/20A wall outlet, however.
